Monday Aug 17, 2020

Bobby answers questions such as:
If morals are objective, why are God's commands different now than they were in the OT? Doesn't this suggest some sort of change either in the objective moral laws or God's nature?
If murder is objectively wrong, doesn't God sin when he orders the killing of Canaanites?
Science can't detect the immaterial, and if moral laws and duties did exist they would be immaterial. So then what methodology other than the scientific method should we use to determine moral laws and duties?

Do you ever doubt your ability to answer bigger than life questions like, “Why do I exist? What is the purpose of life? Can I know God? If so, how? Are miracles possible?” And if God exists what’s with all the evil in the world? Do questions like these ever nag at you? If so, you’ve come to the right podcast. I too am a fellow wonderer who thinks about stuff like this.
