Christianity Still Makes Sense

This week, we’re going to equip ourselves apologetically with the verses that the LGBTQ+ community takes out of context to validate their arguments. It’s important to know these verses and how to give a proper response. This isn’t the first-time people on the opposite side of the argument have used the Bible to support their views. 

While so much LGBTQ+ comes at us year-round, the intensity only escalates in June. And yet, how should the church respond to this movement? What should our posture be? What’s the way forward? When I(Tim) was deconstructing, it was often hard to know what Christian thinkers to trust. As I sorted through larger than life questions I would bounce from book to book and video to video trying to find someone that was authentic, educated and didn’t sugarcoat the hard questions I was dealing with.
